Duration: 1 Year-18 Months

Type of Hire: Contract to Hire

Location:  During the contract period, the role can be performed remotely from anywhere within the U.S. However, upon conversion to a full-time position with Client, you must reside and work from one of the following states: Washington (not Washington, DC), Oregon, Idaho, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, or Arizona.

• This is a high-impact opportunity to help drive a mission-critical transformation. You will play a key role in modernizing core financial systems.
• This role is essential to the program’s success and requires someone who can bring structure, leadership, and foresight to a complex enterprise ERP migration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading similar transformations and can anticipate challenges across systems, integrations, and data flows.
• Bring structure and clarity to project execution, including:
  • Work breakdown and sequencing
  • Risk identification and mitigation strategies
  • Governance and decision frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and vendors Mentor and guide engineers and analysts, elevating team capability and delivery maturity.  Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
