Job Title: SAP FSCM Credit & Collections Consultant (Senior)
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
Engagement: Long-Term Contract

Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SAP FSCM Credit & Collections Consultant to design, implement, and support scalable FSCM solutions. The role focuses on enabling finance teams to effectively manage credit risk, collections, and dispute processes across a global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into SAP FSCM functional designs across:
  • Credit Management
  • Collections Management
  • Dispute Management
  • Configure and enhance FSCM processes including:
  • Credit checks, scoring, and risk classification
  • Dunning procedures and collection strategies
  • Dispute case workflows and automation
  • Design and support integrations between SAP FSCM and:
  • FI (Accounts Receivable), SD (Order-to-Cash)
  • CRM, Data Warehouse / BI platforms
  • External systems (credit agencies, payment platforms)
  • Partner with Finance, OTC, and Sales Operations to optimize:
  • Order hold/release processes
  • Real-time credit checks
  • Workflow automation
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate with technical teams for development and delivery.
  • Support UAT, training, and global rollouts, including documentation and knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor system performance, data quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills: 
  • 10+ years of experience as an SAP FSCM / FI-AR / OTC Functional Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • FSCM Credit Management
  • Collections Management (Dispute Management is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations and support projects.
  • Proven ability to write functional specs and work closely with ABAP/development teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, global environments.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in semiconductor, hardware, or high-growth tech industries.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, including FSCM migration.
  • Experience with integration tools (SAP PI/PO, CPI, or middleware).
  • Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools:
  • BW/4HANA, SAC, Power BI for credit & collections KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work onsite with cross-functional global teams.
