The current version of request policy blocks the communication of keefox 1.3.1 with keepass 2.25.
Add target 127.0.0.1:12546 allow to the rules in "request policy" and all will work fine again.
I think this point should be added to the subscritpion policies
"Allow requests that are needed for other extensions to work properly"
