My use case is the following: I am posting from many, distributed
"workers", and they are posting 24/7, while I am not online. I want to
be able to visit requestbin and browse the log of this events. So, I
need the log of the last 200 posts for example. Also, I would like to
view it in more "compact" format, or filtered in a specified way. For
example, there are some web services that display the user data
transformed by a user-supplied xslt.
If such a service exists, it is worth to pay a few dollars monthly for it.

It sounds like you want a simple log aggregator. This is not exactly the use case of RequestBin, so I'm not sure I can address some of your feature requests without more buy-in from other users. Although I appreciate that you would pay for such a service.
