Deliver enterprise software testing projects and programs with an automation-first approach
Collaborate with Quality Managers and Quality Leads to implement quality governance, quality gates, risk assessment, production signoffs, and key metrics (KPIs)
Lead the design and implementation of automation and manual test strategies using best practices and standards
Collaborate with software developers and QE analysts to identify system requirements and ensure quality from test planning to production deployment

Conduct automation audits and assess ROI
Manage and mitigate testing-related risks and issues
Identify, maintain, and track testing KPIs; own Power BI reports
Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines
