Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Specialist with 9–10 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion environments. The consultant will primarily support planning and forecast model enhancements, scenario modeling, metadata updates, and ongoing application tuning. This role requires partnering closely with FP&A and Financial Reporting teams and necessitates strong skills in Essbase cube operations, business rule scripting, and experience with modern rolling forecast models and driver-based planning methodologies.
Core Capabilities & Responsibilities
- EPM Expertise: Minimum 9–10 years experience in Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion environments.
- Planning & Modeling: Strong experience in supporting and enhancing financial planning, forecast models, and scenario modeling.
- Technical Skills: Strong skills in metadata governance, business rule scripting, and Essbase cube operations.
- Financial Processes: Experience with rolling forecast models and driver-based planning methodologies.
- Maintenance & Support: Ability to support periodic patch management, testing, defect triage, and performance tuning for EPM applications.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and Financial Reporting teams to align EPM solutions with business needs.
