Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead to drive the next generation of intelligent enterprise solutions. This is a high-impact, onsite role for a veteran developer who has mastered the core Salesforce stack and is now focused on the AI-driven future. You will act as the primary technical authority, bridging the gap between traditional CRM architecture and emerging AI/ML frameworks. From hands-on LWC and Apex development to architecting Agentforce and Einstein AI implementations, you will be responsible for building scalable, predictive, and automated workflows that transform business operations.
Technical Core & Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Implementation
- AI Framework Integration: Lead the design and deployment of AI-enabled solutions, exploring and implementing frameworks, tools, and models within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Predictive Analytics: Champion the use of Einstein AI for predictive modeling and intelligent automation.
- Emerging Tech: Stay at the forefront of Salesforce AI capabilities, specifically Agentforce, to build autonomous agents and intelligent workflows.
Advanced Technical Leadership
- Hands-on Development: Provide expert-level coding in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce, ensuring performance and scalability.
- System Architecture: Design complex data models and integration patterns to connect Salesforce with external enterprise systems.
- Technical Governance: Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous testing and documentation standards.
Team Mentorship & Collaboration
- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end technical delivery, coordinating with architects and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Mentorship: Lead and grow the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence in the AI space.
