Job Title: Pega Business Architect (BA)
Location: Trenton, NJ 
Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote


Note: This role is strictly for a Pega Business Architect. Candidates with Pega SA or SSA backgrounds are not being considered.


Role Summary
The Pega Business Architect (BA) will act as a key liaison between business users, stakeholders, and technology teams. This role works closely with the Lead System Architect and leadership team to define and align business and technical strategies.
This position offers the opportunity to apply a broad range of skills across software development and systems integration projects, supporting diverse users and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.


Required Experience & Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant work experience

• 4+ years of business analysis experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Pega Business Architect

• Strong experience in use case development

• Experience managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC

• Hands-on experience working in an Agile software development environment

• Experience working with users and stakeholders to capture solution needs

• Experience with configuration and enterprise-level deployment of software solutions

• Solid experience in:

• Business process modeling

• Change management

• Functional documentation and test execution

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills

• High degree of creativity, initiative, and adaptability

• IT or technical background is a plus
