Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Integration Architect / TIBCO Specialist with strong expertise in enterprise application integration, TIBCO BusinessWorks, messaging, APIs, Managed File Transfer, and cloud-based integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions across multiple business applications and platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise application integration and middleware technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks BW5 and BW6.
• Strong experience with TIBCO EMS / JMS messaging.
• Experience with TIBCO Administrator / TEA and deployment management.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST and SOAP Web Services.
• Good understanding of XSD, WSDL, XSLT, XPath, XML and JSON.
• Experience with Swagger / OpenAPI for API design and documentation.
• Strong experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT), MOVEit and SFTP.
• Experience designing secure inbound and outbound file-transfer integrations including scheduling, error handling, retry mechanisms and reconciliation.
• Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE) and containerized/cloud deployments.
• Experience with Azure and hybrid-cloud integration environments.
• Experience with Docker and OpenShift is highly preferred.
• Strong experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Maven and Git.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications such as:
• Salesforce
• SAP / SAP IDoc
• Oracle HCM
• ERP systems
• Asset/work-management systems
• Billing systems
• BI/reporting platforms
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and MySQL databases and database integration.
• Experience working with Linux / Red Hat environments.
• Experience with integration monitoring, production support and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in root-cause analysis, incident management and production issue resolution.

Architecture Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end enterprise integration architecture from source applications through middleware to downstream target systems.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Design integration flows using TIBCO BW5/BW6 and EMS.
• Define and implement appropriate integration patterns for APIs, messaging and file-based integrations.
• Design and document REST/SOAP APIs, service contracts, XSDs, WSDLs and XSLTs.
• Modernize legacy TIBCO integrations and migrate applications to newer BW6/BWCE platforms.
• Design hybrid-cloud integration solutions for on-premise and cloud environments.
• Establish standards for logging, exception handling, error recovery and monitoring.
• Develop reusable integration frameworks to improve maintainability and supportability.
• Work closely with application teams, business stakeholders, vendors and infrastructure teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor TIBCO developers.
• Participate in architecture reviews, design reviews and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex production integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Prepare technical design documents, architecture diagrams and integration documentation.
• Support deployment automation and regression testing through CI/CD pipelines.
