Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Engineer to join the Apple Content Solutions Team for a cutting-edge Generative AI initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agent frameworks, and cloud-native development. This role requires hands-on experience integrating LLMs into enterprise applications, building AI-driven automation solutions, and deploying scalable applications using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Prior Apple experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions using Generative AI technologies.
- Build enterprise applications integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and SDKs.
- Develop scalable backend services using Java and Python.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM responses.
- Design and implement AI orchestration workflows using Agentic AI frameworks and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI automation solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and UX teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Maven and Jenkins.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes-based environments.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Follow responsible AI deployment practices, including model evaluation, governance, and monitoring.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong programming expertise in Java and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience integrating LLMs using APIs/SDKs such as Anthropic SDK, OpenAI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of:
- Prompt Engineering

- Evaluation Frameworks
- Responsible AI Practices
- Experience developing AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Strong experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Strong knowledge of Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
