Job Title : SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
Onsite in Orange, CT (5 days a week, not negotiable)
8-month project
Must be able to lead technical teams
Must have the module experience in PM
Responsibilities
Lead the technical delivery strategy and ensure the solution design aligns with business objectives, SAP PM processes, architecture standards, and implementation needs.
Create, own, and maintain Functional Design Specification (FDS) documents for SAP PM-related reporting, KPI logic, data mapping, transformation requirements, validation rules, and dashboard functionality.
Collaborate with SAP PM, SAP BW, SAP functional, SAP technical, business, data engineering, and BI teams to gather requirements and convert them into implementation-ready documentation.
Coordinate technical activities across data engineering, data analytics, business stakeholders, SAP teams, reporting teams, and external dependencies.
Ensure KPI logic, SAP PM data mappings, data models, semantic layers, and dashboard designs are consistent with approved business definitions.
Requirements
7+ years of relevant project experience, with at least 3 years of hands on PM module experience
Practical knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) and its relevance to field operations, asset maintenance, work management, and reporting.
Experience managing technology, data, analytics, ERP, or enterprise reporting projects
Hands-on experience creating or owning Functional Design Specification (FDS) documents for SAP-related data, reporting, analytics, integration, or transformation projects.
Experience working with SAP PM processes and SAP data integration, preferably involving SAP BW, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP reporting environments.
Experience managing cross-functional teams including business analysts, data analysts, functional analysts, data engineers, data visualization developers, architects, SAP teams, and client stakeholders.
