Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale applications using modern Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular/React technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across backend, frontend, cloud, and event-driven architectures, with a proven ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop cloud-native microservices using Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud

  • Build and consume RESTful APIs with strong focus on security, scalability, and performance

  • Develop responsive and user-friendly UI applications using Angular and/or React

  • Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka and messaging systems

  • Integrate applications with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and DB2

  • Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift)

  • Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security

  • Optimize application performance using caching solutions like Redis/ElastiCache

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Maven, and related tools

  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

  • Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical decisions

Mandatory Skills

  • Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, Microservices

  • Angular and/or React

  • REST APIs, JSON

  • Kafka / Messaging systems

  • SQL & NoSQL databases

  • Docker & Kubernetes

  • AWS or other cloud platforms

  • CI/CD pipelines

  • Agile/Scrum methodology

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect

  • Knowledge of MongoDB aggregations and performance tuning

  • Exposure to Helm, Prometheus, Grafana

  • Experience in banking, payments, energy, or government domains

  • Certifications in Cloud or Java

Nice to Have

  • Leadership or mentoring experience

  • Exposure to MLOps, Observability, or Security scanning tools

  • Experience working with large-scale, high-transaction systems
