Job Title: API Integration Architect
Location: Remote
Visa: Any
Experience: 13+ years
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain APIs that integrate ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion, Workday, Dynamics 365, etc.) with internal and external applications
Build and support REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event-driven integrations for enterprise applications.
Develop scalable integration solutions using middleware/iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, SAP CPI, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
Design API-led architectures, microservices, and event-driven solutions using Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, or similar messaging technologies.
Implement API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, mTLS, and RBAC controls.
Create data mappings, transformations, and synchronization processes between ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration services using Splunk, ELK, Datadog, or other observability tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, ERP teams, and application owners to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
Support CI/CD, deployment automation, testing, and production support activities.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Application Integration or API Development.
Strong experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle Fusion ERP, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, and API Gateway technologies.
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, SAP CPI, Apigee, or Azure API Management.
Programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or .NET.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies.
Knowledge of integration patterns, ETL/ELT, messaging systems, and enterprise architecture principles.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Financial, Procurement, Supply Chain, or HR integrations.
Integration certifications (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP CPI, AWS, Azure).
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and stakeholder management.
