Mandatory Technical Requirements
- OMS Deep Dive: 10+ years of experience with enterprise OMS platforms such as IBM Sterling, Manhattan Associates, or Salesforce OMS.
- Omnichannel Expertise: Proven experience in complex routing, sourcing logic, and ship-to-home/BOPIS workflows.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to troubleshoot and design system integrations using APIs and middleware tools.
- Agile Leadership: Extensive background in User Story development, acceptance criteria, and managing engineering sprints.
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Johns Creek, GA.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep domain expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and Omnichannel retail to lead the end-to-end order lifecycle strategy. This role requires a technical leader who can bridge the gap between digital storefronts and complex fulfillment operations. You will own the product roadmap, lead Agile execution, and drive the integration of OMS (e.g., Sterling, Manhattan, or Salesforce) with e-commerce platforms and ERPs. The ideal candidate must be technically fluent in APIs and event-driven architectures while maintaining a relentless focus on customer delivery promises and fulfillment efficiency.
Technical Core & Responsibilities
End-to-End OMS Mastery
- Order Lifecycle Engineering: Orchestrate the full journey from order capture and payment processing to orchestration, routing, and sourcing logic.
- Inventory & ATP: Ensure real-time Inventory Visibility and Available-to-Promise (ATP) accuracy across all nodes (warehouses, stores, and drop-shippers).
- Fulfillment Strategies: Optimize omnichannel workflows including BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store), Ship-from-Store, and complex return processing.
Agile Product Leadership
- Execution & Delivery: Own the product backlog, prioritize features based on business value, and lead sprint ceremonies with engineering teams.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and InfoSec to ensure product compliance (PCI, SOC 2) and operational readiness.
- Roadmap Planning: Identify and mitigate risks related to product delivery and market shifts, overseeing the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
Technical Integration & Architecture
- API & Middleware: Demonstrate technical fluency by discussing REST APIs, message queues, and event-driven flows with system architects.
- System Integration: Oversee the data synchronization between OMS and platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or ERP systems.
