Mandatory Technical Requirements

1. SharePoint Expertise: Proven experience with SharePoint Infrastructure Design, architecture, and configuration.
2. Migration History: Hands-on experience leading SharePoint upgrades (On-Prem to Online or version-to-version).
3. Security Mastery: Deep knowledge of Security & Permissions Management and RBAC.
4. UI/UX Skills: Ability to build wireframes and page templates within the SharePoint ecosystem.
5. Local Status: Candidate must currently reside in Illinois for the hybrid schedule.

 

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a SharePoint  dEVELOPER to lead the technical evolution of our enterprise collaboration environment. This role focuses on the end-to-end upgrade and migration of SharePoint sites, requiring a deep understanding of infrastructure design and security governance. You will act as the technical lead for architectural assessments, UI/UX wireframing, and complex content migrations. The goal is to ensure a high-performance, secure, and user-centric platform that supports business continuity for cross-functional teams.

Technical Core & Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Migration Leadership

• Architectural Assessment: Evaluate current site structures and lead technical upgrades, ensuring modern architecture standards for SharePoint Online and On-Premise environments.
• Migration Strategy: Manage the end-to-end migration lifecycle, including planning, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure minimal disruption during content transitions.
• Launch Operations: Oversee the operational launch of upgraded sites, monitoring post-launch performance and resolving technical challenges.

Governance & Security Management

• Role-Based Access (RBAC): Design and implement rigorous security and permissions frameworks to protect pharmaceutical data and ensure compliance.
• Governance Modeling: Develop and document site management processes, including backup, recovery, and content ownership guidelines.
• Metadata & Taxonomy: Define document library structures and metadata management strategies to improve content discoverability.

UI/UX & Design Strategy

• Experience Design: Create wireframes, page templates, and intuitive navigation structures to improve the user experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business owners to translate complex functional requirements into efficient SharePoint solutions.
• Documentation & Training: Author operational guides and conduct user training to facilitate platform adoption.
