🔹 Must-Have Experience:
✅ 10+ years of SRE / Reliability Engineering experience
✅ Strong Banking & Financial Services (BFS) domain experience
✅ Enterprise-scale SRE, Observability & Platform Engineering
✅ Unified monitoring across Metrics, Logs, Traces & Events
✅ Distributed tracing, log analytics & trace correlation
✅ Self-healing & autonomous operations
✅ Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Monitoring as Code (MaC), Observability as Code (OaC)
✅ SLO, SLA & Error Budget management
✅ Strong AWS / Cloud Operations experience
✅ Network troubleshooting — TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, CDN, API Gateway, VPC
✅ AI Ops / GenAI-powered operations
✅ Experience with or strong understanding of AWS AgentCore
✅ Incident Management, RCA, Postmortems & automated remediation
✅ Automation, runbooks & operational workflow engineering

🤖 AI Ops Focus:
Leverage AWS AgentCore and intelligent automation for incident response, root cause analysis, predictive remediation, capacity forecasting, and autonomous operational workflows.
