Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Planning Cloud Consultant with over 10 years of experience and a minimum of two end-to-end EPBCS implementations. This role is focused on the design, build, and deployment of complex planning modules including Financials, Projects, Capex, and Workforce. You will lead finance process improvements for budgeting and rolling forecasts, utilizing advanced scripting like Groovy and REST APIs to optimize the EPM environment. This position requires a technical expert capable of managing data integrations, batch scripts, and narrative reporting for high-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
EPBCS Module Implementation & Design
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the implementation of all EPBCS modules (Finance, Project, Capex, and Workforce) from design through deployment.
- Artifact Creation: Expertly manage EPBCS artifacts including hierarchies, web forms, navigation flows, and security setups.
- Process Improvement: Drive excellence in long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and automated budgeting workflows.
Advanced Scripting & Integration
- Logic Development: Design and decode complex Business Rules, Calc Scripts, and Groovy Scripting templates to meet custom business needs.
- Data Management: Expertise in Data Management/Data Exchange for seamless data import/export processes and reconciliation.
- Automation: Create and modify batch scripts and leverage REST APIs to operationalize EPM Cloud tools and technologies.
Reporting & Operational Support
- Narrative Reporting: Implement and manage Narrative Reporting and HFR (Hyperion Financial Reporting) to deliver high-fidelity business insights.
- User Enablement: Build Smart View templates and data reconciliation tools to support business users and stakeholders.
- Incident Management: Manage daily/monthly job executions, troubleshoot failures, and provide resolution for complex EPBCS application issues.
