Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site
Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in Google Cloud
Platform (GCP) and exposure to AI/ML technologies, including Vertex
AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
experience managing cloud-native applications, improving platform reliability,
resolving high-priority production incidents, and implementing monitoring and
automation solutions in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and
support highly available, scalable, and reliable applications on Google
Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and
resolve production issues while ensuring high availability and optimal
system performance.
- Lead and manage
high-priority incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement
preventive measures.
- Reduce alert fatigue by
optimizing monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
- Deploy, manage, and maintain
containerized workloads using Kubernetes (GKE), Docker, and Helm.
- Build and maintain CI/CD
pipelines and automate operational tasks to improve system reliability.
- Work with Vertex AI for
model training, deployment, and AI pipeline management.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams
to support Agentic AI assistants and AI-driven applications.
- Develop automation scripts
and infrastructure improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with
cross-functional engineering teams to improve application reliability,
scalability, and performance.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience
with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

- Hands-on experience with Vertex

monitoring, observability, and alert optimization strategies.
- Strong troubleshooting,
debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
