Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead for a remote, 12-month contract, requiring 8–10 years of overall experience with at least 2 years in a lead role. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in automation testing for healthcare systems. This role demands proficiency with key tools including Java, Selenium, Playwright, and TypeScript. You will be responsible for applying a strong understanding of automation frameworks and leveraging excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with client stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of overall experience in software testing.
- 2+ years in a managerial or lead role.
- 5+ years of hands-on automation experience using:
- Java
- Selenium
- Playwright
- TypeScript
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in healthcare systems is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
