Required Skills & Qualifications

- Data Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently on time-sensitive, high-volume deliverables.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Oracle FCCS SME with a specialized focus on Performance Measurement & Analytics to support a major banking client. This role sits at the intersection of financial consolidation and portfolio analytics, specifically supporting the Performance Measurement & Analytics team during a critical transition period. You will be responsible for custom SMA (Separately Managed Accounts) reporting, performance calculations, and the validation of large financial datasets. The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle EPM technical knowledge with the functional ability to calculate and communicate investment performance insights to stakeholders.
Technical Core & Responsibilities
Performance Measurement & SMA Reporting
- SMA Analytics: Support performance measurement for custom SMA portfolios, ensuring accuracy in client-facing reporting and marketing materials.
- Calculations & Validation: Perform complex performance calculations and validate financial data to ensure it meets rigorous banking standards.
- FCCS Integration: Leverage Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud) to manage data workflows and reporting outputs related to performance metrics.
Data Management & Optimization
- Large Datasets: Manage and analyze high-volume datasets, ensuring consistency across various portfolio performance systems.
- Workflow Improvement: Maintain and continuously improve automated reporting processes and data workflows within the Oracle EPM ecosystem.
- Excel Mastery: Utilize advanced Excel techniques for data manipulation, rapid analysis, and ad-hoc reporting.
Collaboration & Communication
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between investment professionals and technical teams to ensure reporting alignment with business goals.
- Insight Delivery: Communicate complex financial insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
