Role: Workday Integration Consultant
Location: Newark, NJ ( 1 day onsite per week )

Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Workday
Integration Consultant/Expert with strong hands-on experience designing,
developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise Workday integrations.
The ideal candidate will have strong
expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services/APIs, and
Workday Reporting, with integration experience across Workday functional areas
such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and/or Financial
Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and
support Workday inbound and outbound integrations.
- Build complex integrations
using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Develop and support
integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, and
Financial Management.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, XML,
XSLT, and related integration technologies.
- Develop Workday Custom/Advanced
Reports, Calculated Fields, and RaaS to support integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot integration
failures, data issues, transformations, and downstream interface issues.
- Support SIT, UAT, production
deployments, enhancements, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with functional
teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable
Workday integration solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on Workday
Integration development experience.
- Strong hands-on Workday Studio
experience.
- Experience with EIB and Core
Connectors.
- Experience with Workday Web
Services / REST / SOAP.
- Strong knowledge of XML/XSLT.
- Experience with Workday
Reporting, Calculated Fields, and RaaS.
- Integration experience across
one or more Workday functional areas such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits,
Recruiting, Compensation, or Financial Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and
production-support experience.
- Must be able to work onsite in
Newark, NJ once per week.
