Experience Required: Minimum of 10+ Years as a Product Owner OR Product Manager
C2C/1099/W2
Must Haves:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager for Digital Products
• 10+ years of prior experience leading product teams in roles such as Product Owner or Product Delivery Manager
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong expertise in creating product vision, strategy, roadmap, key metrics, and execution of product capabilities end-to-end
• Strong ability to collaborate and influence without authority across stakeholders (business, engineering, operations, legal, compliance & risks)
• Excellent communication and storytelling to simplify complexity and drive clarity
• Decision-making skills - Make timely trade-offs considering customer value, business goals, technical feasibility, and financial services constraints
• Practical experience with Agile (SAFe [preferred], Scrum methodologies)
