Job Summary
We are looking for an innovative and technically proficient Solution Architect to design and guide the development of our next-generation product suite, which leverages cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities (LLM) within a modern, multi-service architecture. This role requires a unique blend of full-stack knowledge and AI expertise to ensure our solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and deliver exceptional value to our diverse clientele.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Architect End-to-End Solutions: Design comprehensive architectural blueprints that integrate user interfaces (React), backend microservices (Python), and AI/ML components (LLM/GenAI) to deliver a seamless multi-client product experience.
• AI/ML System Design: Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to design scalable AI systems, including data pipelines, model deployment strategies (MLOps), prompt engineering, and integration of LLMs using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Technology Selection & Evaluation: Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms (e.g., cloud services, databases, AI frameworks) that align with project requirements and organizational standards, balancing innovation with practicality.
• Scalability and Performance: Ensure the architecture is designed for high performance, scalability, and reliability to support a growing number of clients and data volumes, utilizing cloud-native deployment models.
• Multi-Client & Integration Management: Architect multi-tenant systems and manage seamless integration points (APIs, microservices) across various client environments and existing enterprise systems.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide clear technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams (front-end, back-end, data science, DevOps), ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Risk Management & Security: Identify technical risks, particularly concerning data privacy, AI ethics, and security, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Documentation and Communication: Create detailed technical documentation (architecture diagrams, design specifications) and effectively communicate complex AI and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives and clients.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
