Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Project Manager to oversee complex, end-to-end ERP Cloud implementations. This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for the client, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will lead multiple specialized teams across critical workstreams including Integrations, Data Conversions, Reports, and Extensions within the Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing the full technical lifecycle of Oracle Cloud projects while maintaining high-level project delivery oversight.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
Technical Delivery Oversight
- End-to-End Implementation: Manage the complete technical lifecycle of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Workstream Leadership: Supervise and coordinate multiple technical teams handling OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), FBDI/HDL data conversions, and BIP/OTBI reporting.
- Project Governance: Act as the primary contact for client technical management, providing updates on project health, risks, and milestones.
Implementation & Integration Strategy
- Complexity Management: Lead the design and implementation of complex integrations and extensions, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
- Data Conversion Mastery: Oversee large-scale data migration strategies from legacy systems into the Oracle Fusion environment.
- Solution Design: Validate technical designs for reports and extensions to ensure they meet specific business functional needs.
Stakeholder & Resource Management
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with client-side technical leads to facilitate smooth implementations and resolve roadblocks.
- Resource Coordination: Direct technical resources across various project phases to ensure optimal team performance and delivery quality.
