Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer with 12–16 years of experience to join our team onsite in Windsor, CT. This leadership role is designed for a technical expert who can bridge the gap between complex backend architecture and modern frontend delivery. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance enterprise applications using .NET Core and Angular, ensuring all solutions are scalable, secure, and integrated seamlessly with broader enterprise systems.

 

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• System Design: Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable enterprise solutions, ensuring high-quality and efficient code.
• Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Code Quality: Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain consistency and high standards across all projects.

 

Full Stack Engineering

• Backend Mastery: Develop and maintain robust server-side applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Frontend Excellence: Build and optimize responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular and legacy AngularJS where required.
• Performance Tuning: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the codebase to optimize application performance and reliability.

 

Collaboration & Delivery

• Requirements Analysis: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Integration: Assist in the integration of applications with existing enterprise systems to ensure a unified and efficient ecosystem.
• Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation of application processes and code changes for knowledge sharing and future reference.

 

Mandatory Technical Skills

1. .NET Stack: Expert proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C#.
2. Angular: Extensive hands-on experience with modern Angular versions.
3. Leadership: Proven track record in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer capacity.
