Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Remove delivery impediments and optimize team flow.
• Monitor sprint and release progress through metrics and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
• Track team health and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Support teams using Azure DevOps and Jira for backlog and release management.
• Understand technical issues at a high level to facilitate effective discussions
