Duration: 12+ months

Location: McAllen, TX (Onsite)

 

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Solution Architect with expertise in Snowflake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Power BI to lead solution design and delivery for a large-scale data migration and modernization program. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Azure cloud data platform. Should have work experience in Banking Domain.

 

Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture

• Translate business requirements into end-to-end Data Warehouse solution designs leveraging Snowflake, ADF, and Power BI.

• Define integration, transformation, and reporting strategies for the migration program

.• Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and compliance requirements.

• Define and implement automation testing in ETL/ELT layers.

• Implement Data Quality and Data controls to in ELT and reporting layer.Migration & Implementation

• Lead migration from on-prem/legacy systems to Snowflake using Azure cloud services.

• Define standards for data ingestion, ELT/ETL pipelines, and reporting layers.

• Oversee implementation of incremental, batch, and real-time data pipelines.Collaboration & Leadership• Partner with architects, engineers, BI developers, and business users to deliver business-ready solutions.

• Provide guidance and oversight to development teams during execution.

• Act as the solution authority in design reviews and project governance forums.Governance & Best Practices

• Establish solution standards for data modelling, security, CI/CD, and monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with data governance, metadata, and regulatory policies.

• Promote adoption of best practices and reusable design patterns.Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience designing Data Warehouse solutions using Snowflake, ADF, and Power BI.

• Strong understanding of data modelling (Star and Snowflake Schema design) and ELT/ETL best practices.

• Hands-on knowledge of Azure ecosystem (ADLS, Key Vault, Databricks/Synapse optional).

• Experience in data migration projects (history loads, incremental refresh, large-scale transformations).

• Expertise in security & access control (RBAC, encryption, data masking).

• Familiarity with DevOps (Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).

• Should be able to collaborate with teams and customers across globe.

• Expertise within the banking domain—especially strong knowledge of loans and deposits. Understanding of consumer & commercial banking and general ledger functions will be an added advantage.

Location: Atlanta, GA or Bay Area, CA (Onsite – 4 days per week)

 

Job Description:

 

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in Supply Chain modules and integration with MES systems. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding of Oracle SCM processes to support, enhance, and optimize business operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS SCM modules including Inventory, Work in Process (WIP), and Configure-to-Order (CTO).

Develop, customize, and troubleshoot Oracle EBS components (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).

Integrate and support multiple MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) environments.

Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform root cause analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of SCM processes.

Support end-to-end testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

 

10+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant in SCM modules.

Strong hands-on experience with Inventory, WIP, CTO, and related SCM setups.

Experience integrating Oracle EBS with MES or shop-floor systems.

Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.

Good understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) flows.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Experience working in manufacturing or high-tech industries.

Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM or transition projects is a plus.
