Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with deep Order‐to‐Cash (OTC) expertise to support a large‐scale Software & Services Monetization initiative. This role requires close collaboration with cross‐functional teams to design, optimize, and implement end‐to‐end processes across a complex systems landscape
Responsibilities
· Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to gather and analyze requirements for software and services monetization.
· Design, develop, and enhance scalable solutions across the SAP OTC ecosystem and related satellite systems.
· Review and validate business requirements, process flows, solution designs, and implementation plans.
· Build and maintain integrations between SAP and external systems supporting OTC processes.
· Create and maintain high‐level project plans, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
· Develop and execute unit and integration test plans; coordinate UAT and manage release cycles.
· Act as the primary liaison between IT and OTC business stakeholders.
· Collaborate with internal and external development teams to deliver scalable custom applications and enhancements.
Qualifications
· 10+ years of hands‐on experience with SAP SD (required).
· Experience with RAR, GTS, or Salesforce (SFDC) is a strong plus.
· Deep functional expertise in OTC processes, including Master Data, Order Management, Output Management, EDI, Pricing, Delivery, Inter‐company flows, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
· Proven experience building and supporting complex SAP SD pricing procedures, including VOFM routines and User Exits.
· Basic ABAP debugging skills to understand custom code and identify enhancement points.
· Experience with large‐scale, multi‐system integrations; exposure to SFDC enterprise solutions is beneficial.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with global cross‐functional teams.
· Self‐driven, detail‐oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‐paced environment.
