Discuss the following:

  1. Enlist the genes responsible for formation of nuclear envelope. Elaborate their functions. Which are the diseases associated with these genes?
  2. Give structural profile and composition of cell memberane. Enlist
    major functions of cell membrane.
  3. Define cell death.
  4. What are transport proteins? What is their role?
