Heyall, trying to figure this one out and know I am missing some thing small. I am trying to copy a Outlook Template into the follow directory Via GPO C:\Users\Jennie\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Template, when I do this it works, when I change the user name to %USERNAME% or %USERPROFILE% it will not work. My end goal is to have the template reside on each user profile, and when a new one is created it will show up after a reboot or they log off and then back on.

I am able to get to the directory and open the template from the directory, when i run the gpresult /r it tells me that the GPO was filtered out, how can I track down why it was filtered out. It states Security, wonder what account I need to user when doing this.

Delegation is still the same as above, i can access the domain controller from that computer as well where the file is located. I did keep the scope filtering in the GP as a computer name. Should i change that to the user name. I know that will have to be changed to maybe Domain users if that works, correct?

If you chose not to do a first look, do keep in mind the time of sunset. Since the majority of the photos will be done after the ceremony, you will want to plan your ceremony early enough to still have sunlight for your photos after the ceremony. I think having your ceremony end at least an hour and a half before sunset is ideal in this scenario.

Hi friends, Jennie here with my plans for Week in the Life 2024. The community documenting week this year is the week of the 22nd of April which is kind of a crazy week for me. We will be traveling for a part of it and it includes a national holiday, so no ordinary week for sure but it will be a fun one!

As always, Jennie, your album set up is perfect. Love this and hope to steal some ideas from you! I would like to know how you did the "big word" (EXCITING). Thank you always for your inspiration! And thank you for those templates. So so helpful!

Earlier this year, I made a [[Gift]] template to track all the birthday gifts I was needing to buy for friends and family. It quickly became useful, because I could use Logseq search to see what gifts had been given to each person.

Then it came time for Christmas gifts. The [[Gift]] template became even more useful, because of the sheer number of gifts that needed to be managed all at once. Add to that, my husband and I share a Logseq graph, and he was much more willing to interact with the data in Logseq than he was in Airtable.

Every time I would order a gift for someone, I would make a record of it in the journal page for that day. Then on my management page for this Christmas season, I added a bunch of queries so that I could view the gifts bought for each person, the total spent for each person, and all of the gifts in a particular status.

Now on to the really fun part, decorating! I want my weekly spreads to look pretty but in order to save time I choose a set of stickers, like these pretty floral ones from Archer and Olive, and then base my color theme around the stickers. The stickers do all the heavy lifting in making the page look nice, and I just fill in the rest with Dual Brush Pens in similar colors so the page has a cohesive look. Using the template and stickers means I can create a whole spread in under 10 minutes.

Thanks for the weekly planner spreads that helps to keep effective time management. For students who are looking to manage their schedules, there is always an option to consider asking for help after reading. I am sure that planners and such resources help to hold harmonious balance in our lives. I love your creative approach to organization. It is truly inspiring and resonates deeply with those striving for excellence in all aspects.

Do you sponsor a child through a program like Compassion International? It's always nice to send letters to share your life and to talk back and forth. I created this letter writing template that you can easily print out and send to your child.

There is a space for your Sponsor ID and Child ID since that helps Compassion (or another organization who does similar work) denote which child to send the letter to. Just think of the joy it will be for your sponsored child to receive a sweet letter from you!

Jennie, a sweet and ambitious lady set out to do 101 things in the next 1001 days. She took the inspiration from Day Zero Project. Not stopping there, she prepared a cute little excel sheet to keep track of all these new year resolutions and sent it to me.

Chandoo - a silly question - how do you format the sheet to show no grids etc - I notice that all your examples have a clean white sheet...I paint the background to white so not sure if you do something else?

I am working on a project that could use this technique, however I'm having an issue copying the checkboxes down each row. All the links point to the original checkbox's cell. Can anyone help, or do I have to manually change each box?

Hej! I LOVE this. The only problem I've encountered is being able to check the boxes. They work when the document is read-only. When I "save as" so I can fill in the cells, I can no longer check the boxes. I suck at Excel..ha ha! I thought it could be that I use Ubuntu with Open Office, yet I would think I would have a problem in read only as well if it were that. Ideas?

[...] with other long term goals, Excel can make the magic happen. Fellow MVP Purna Duggirala posted an Excel spreadsheet template that takes advantage of conditional formatting and check-boxes to create a list of goals and track [...]

Thanks Jen for the wonderful sheet. I think you are already on the road to become awesome.

@Chandoo: I know a bit of excel but now learning awesomeness from your site and all I can say is thanks for being here.

Can you please explain the making of this sheet for the beginners.

Thank you. This is wonderful!

I just learned a little bit about the 100 goal list and eager to try it out, and this excel sheet can surely make my life lots more easier and help me to visualize my goals.

Bacterial group II intron reverse transcriptases (RTs) function in both intron mobility and RNA splicing and are evolutionary predecessors of retrotransposon, telomerase, and retroviral RTs as well as the spliceosomal protein Prp8 in eukaryotes. Here we determined a crystal structure of a full-length thermostable group II intron RT in complex with an RNA template-DNA primer duplex and incoming deoxynucleotide triphosphate (dNTP) at 3.0- resolution. We find that the binding of template-primer and key aspects of the RT active site are surprisingly different from retroviral RTs but remarkably similar to viral RNA-dependent RNA polymerases. The structure reveals a host of features not seen previously in RTs that may contribute to distinctive biochemical properties of group II intron RTs, and it provides a prototype for many related bacterial and eukaryotic non-LTR retroelement RTs. It also reveals how protein structural features used for reverse transcription evolved to promote the splicing of both group II and spliceosomal introns.
