3D printing initiative in Idaho

Hi all,

My name is David, and I have been working since late 2008 with Reprap and helping others get their printers going. In 2012 we made two Prusa's for two high schools here in the Boise metro, and have had the opportunity to expand and give greater support to them and local libraries. The teachers and librarians have defined their goals for us to support them in programs around learning design, printing, and ultimately making their next printer. Community and care centers have also asked me to give presentations on 3D printing to their patrons and population.

We have done really well in creating opportunities to collaborate with educational institutions, and are currently working to create documentation for build and design lessons.
