Jealousy. Mine is all wired together but doesn’t work (two of the motors won’t run, and the others only run once then the controller stops obeying me).

Are you anywhere near Santee? Maybe I could bring mine by and you can tell me what I’m doing wrong.

I'm in Torrey Hills, East of Del Mar. My electrical knowledge is limited to Gen6 boards. Just make sure they are wired correctly, an find a good baud speed that works for you, I run at 38400 using repsnapper.

Oh, the board isn’t just expecting the serial to be at a fixed speed? I’ve been using 115200. I can just set it lower in Repsnapper and it will work? Do I have to reconfigure the firmware as well?

Yes, the firmware has a place to lock in the baud. No, changing it in repsnapper wont work. You need to change both. I had to go lower. Play around with it.
