Digikey is now offering over 1700 free short online class topic "slideshows",
which they call Product Training Modules (PTM).. See:

They cover a very wide range of topics related to their sold products, from
how to crimp on a certain brand of connector, to even in depth programming
topics like the theory of interrupts on computers.
IMO it is a good resource for all Makers and robotics team members to browse.
