mech kit ordered

Hi,

I thought I'd jotted it here already, but I ordered the mechanical kit
from BitsFromBytes last week.
Delivery should be quick (since it's an UPS express thing) once it
gets shipped. I'll be on a few weeks holiday from the end of this
week, so anything happening would be from mid August onward.

Thanks all who have contributed, although I'm still a major
shareholder, it seems ;-)

We're also likely to get a grant from OSDClub, so that's excellent.
They will want to see/hear something the osdc.com.au conference early
December - but we already had that planned.

Two video tutorial from bitsfrombytes, one on the heater barrel
assembly, and one for the extruder drive. There's also more photos up
on the bitsfrombytes site, so you can take a peek at what our first
reprap will look like, once assembled.

Still waiting for the bitsfrombytes mech kit.

Interesting development though... I was contacted by a Stephen George,
also in Brisbane. He wrote he had both the RRRF electronics and
bitsfrombytes mech kit and was building one himself and was a good way
along with that process.

I invited him in here and asked for more info... nada yet.
