Unable to access administration pages - 3rd attempt

This is my 3rd attempt to post to this board. I hope it works this
time.

I have installed Repos Server successfully, however I am not able to
access the administration page in order to add/edit users. Upon
clicking on the administration page, I receive a "HTTP 403 Forbidden"
error. I am able to login to the sample project site, however the
administration page remains unaccessible. I have tried the
installation on several computers and with different versions of
ReposServer, all with the same result.

I am able to open the administration page directly by accessing it
from the /ReposServer/html/administration/index.html directory,
however I am not able to open the Useradmin page ("unable to
display").

I would appreciate some feedback regarding this issue, as I will need
to be adding users to the sites. Thanks,

Hi Tim,

The reason your message was not posted is that because of all spam
I've had to enable moderation of messages from users who haven't
posted before. I've been on vacation for a while and currently there
are no other moderators.

Regarding your issue, what is the address (hostname or IP) you use
when accessing the server, and what is the local IP of the client you
connect from? The reason I ask is because by default then admin pages
will only be accessible from local network (192.168.*).
