Repose PHP ORM 0.0.5 Released

I'm going to be building a demo application to verify that Repose, in
its current form, works end to end in a web application. This is being
built out as a part of repose-ci-php. There was a nasty bug introduced
in 0.0.4 that has been resolved in 0.0.5 and hopefully this will be a
stable release for awhile.
