New downloads, completely new code...

Back at it again. Repose is being rebuilt from the ground up, and it
is almost at the state that it was at when development stalled early
last year. The code has been moved to GitHub and new downloads are
available:

News and updates and general discussion happens here, but I will
occasionally be writing blog posts as well. Repose related posts can
