Hi all,

This week our reposado server has started returning the following could not replicate errors when running "repo_sync". It seems to have started after Apple pushed the last MRT updates this week. There have been no config changes on our end that I am aware of.

repo_sync run started

Any thoughts? Thanks!

We're still having this issue. Has reposado stopped working due to a change on Apple's end? Looks like there's a URL forward now? (the error 302)

Is it possible that because the machine hosting Reposado is High Sierra that it's being blocked from accessing updates?

I don't know. I don't use a High Sierra machine as my reposado server, but I don't know why changes in High Sierra would affect curl.

Yeah, this is strange.

DNS and trace routes to swscan.apple.com look good and match one of our new Big Sur machines in house.. Permissions on the html and metadata folders look good.

For giggles I just copied by reposado instance to one of our Big Sur machines and mirrored the html and metadata folder structure and it is pulling normally. However, complete rebuild on the High Sierra machine still results in HTTP result 302: Found errors.

Running curl http://swscan.apple.com/content/catalogs/index.sucatalog from the terminal on the High Sierra machines returns nothing, it just exits to a new line. Running the same command on the Big Sur machine returns the catalog as expected.

Thanks
