Pagecount - unknown identifier

Hello everybody,

I'm experiencing an issue on a two-pass report. (see attached images)

The designer is giving me error while trying to use the embedded "PAGECOUNT" variable (which I've already used in the past actually): it's prompting that it's an unknown identifier.

Am I doing anything wrong? Any suggestion please?

Read the docs about PAGECOUNT.

It can not be used in any expression. The evaluation of a expression can change the result of the report, and the number of pages.

I've seen that putting "pagecount" as value into a separate field control, the report works perfectly!
