New web report designer, design and run your reports from the browser and new API

Hi everyone,

Report Manager now has a web designer: Reportman Server. Your team designs, previews and runs reports from the browser, with nothing to install on the PCs.

It is a single Docker container that runs on your own server, so your data stays in your network. It works with the same .rep files as the Report Manager Designer, printreptopdf and the Web Report Server.

What it includes:

- The web designer, with PDF preview, the new report and connection wizards, and editors for SQL and expressions.

- Connections to PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Firebird, MySQL/MariaDB, SQLite and ODBC, or through the Reportman DB Agent.

- Users and groups with permissions for each report folder. The configuration of the Web Report Server can be imported.

- An HTTP API with keys to run any stored report from your applications, with an API explorer.

- The optional AI Copilot, the same as in the desktop designer: describe a report and it designs it, and you can keep modifying it with AI or by hand. It only receives the report definition and the column names, never your data. A new installation includes an example report the AI designed from a single paragraph.
