Is anyone else experiencing problems not receiving updated reports since November 25th?

Hi Carey,

Report Magic is open source software that may be installed by your hosting company for you. The specifics of how the data is collected and when the reports are update are related to the hosting company's implementation. You'll need to talk to your hosting company to resolve this.
