Announcing ReportLab 5.0.0

We are happy to announce version 5.0.0 of the open-source ReportLab PDF Library, and our commercial ReportLab PLUS package.

Following security reviews, three small changes are introduced that some users might need to address:

1. trusted hosts for image-fetching MUST be specified explicitly

2. support for the C-based pyRXP XML parser (deprecated and replaced with lxml years ago) is now removed

3. support for the C-based _renderPM graphics engine (deprecated years ago and replaced with PyCairo) is now removed
