Hello, I need to deliver a project tomorrow and I'm having a problem in the reportlab, I can't upload a media file to the pdf, the path is correct because it comes from a model, but when it comes to rendering the pdf it always gives an error.

c.drawImage(carteira.foto.url, 16.5,18, 15,20)
