do i have to use python ? 

i use only mssql + mvc .. can i make report this way. without phyton

You can create and test report templates within your web application. See the docs https://www.reportbro.com/docs/installation on who to initialize it.

To generate a report you'll need to install the Python library reportbro-lib.

You cannot use mssql as you cannot connect a database to Reportbro - you need to pass parameters from your application.
