Service restart required for any changes made in gerrit.config file?

Hello Experts,

Suppose any change performed in "gerrit.config" file,  then gerrit service restart required mandatorily?

Yes, whenever you change the gerrit.config you will have to restart the service.

In general yes!
Some config-options were added to the "Config Reload" initiative that never took off.
Config values that are supported are documented with "supports configuration reloads." in https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/Documentation/config-gerrit.html.
I believe some other config-values may be loaded in f.i. request-scope but I may be mistaken.

What about jgit.config? If i make changes to jgit.config, do I still need to restart Gerrit service? I assume yes but would love a confirmation/pointer to a doc. Thanks!
