How to change gerrit password by the end user when use http authentication method?

As title.

http password seems used to fetch/push/pull code via web.

htpasswd looks can be used by the administrator not the end user.

I want each end user can change password by themselves.

The http password is usually generated by Gerrit. Each user should o
to Settings > HTTP Password
and generate his/her password there.

For convenience, each user can keep his (http) user/pass in the
$HOME/.netrc file.
Then, it is not necessary to enter it on every authentication.
