How to suppress code-owners warnings

Hi

I have enabled code-owners for couple of projects and disabled it in gerrit.config,

users started seeing warning like the following in projects where it is not enabled.

remote: Processing changes: refs: 1, done    

remote: hint: [code-owners] skipping validation of code owner config files

remote: hint: [code-owners] code owners config validation is disabled

Is there a way we can suppress this waning messages?

Using Gerrit.3.7.1
