Hello Team,

I have 2 gerrit instances QA and Dev

QA is running on v2.14 (Postgresql DB)

Dev is running on v3.2 (NoteDB)

I have few changes in Dev which needs to be copied to QA. Is that possible like using cp or rsync commands or any other option ?
