The tag on the Gerrit repo does not seem to exist yet.
https://gerrit.googlesource.com/gerrit/+/refs/tags/v3.8.1 is a 404 for
example. Seems to be a similar situation with the plugins as well.
Will we get tags soon?

This has been now pushed: I had it locally but was keeping the release on hold until the release notes were not final.

The tags were actually created on the 13th of July, but I typically do not push until the release is final and announced.

This time happened over the weekend and I forgot to push before announcing it.
