Gerrit 3.9.* is EOL: plugins moved to archive-ci.gerritforge.com

Hi all,
as part of the announcement of the Gerrit v3.12.0 [1] the Gerrit v3.9.* was declared EOL.
I have removed the plugins of Gerrit v3.9.* and the validations on the stable-3.9 from the Gerrit-CI [2].
All existing plugins built on stable-3.9 are archived on [3] and existing URLs are automatically redirected from [2] to [3].
P.S. The plugin manager in Gerrit will automatically manage the redirection and will propose to install the plugins for Gerrit v3.9.* from [3].
